You must be at least 18 years old to use City Companion. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
  • You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate other people.
  • You may delete your account at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use City Companion to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  • Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam.

5. Activities and Meetups

City Companion facilitates connections between people but is not responsible for the activities themselves. You participate in any real-world meetup at your own risk. We encourage all users to meet in public places and exercise common sense when meeting new people.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you post (activity descriptions, messages, profile info). By posting, you grant us a limited license to display this content within the app. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimer

City Companion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in activities organized through it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is operated.
